If you would like to delete your Dr.AI account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Email admin@draihealth.ca with the subject:
Delete My Account

Include

• The email used to sign up

What Will Be Deleted

• Account credentials
• Profile and usage data
• Uploaded photos, audio, and health logs

Retention

All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
